Elevation Real Estate Management:

Building Strong and Supportive Communities

Elevation Real Estate and Management, founded in 2017, is driven by a dedication to customer-centric property management. We oversee more than $250 million in rental assets throughout Northwest Arkansas, rooted in a core philosophy of integrity and respect. At Elevation, we believe every person deserves a clean, comfortable place to call home, regardless of their financial standing.

Our commitment extends beyond property management; we are devoted to building a stronger community. This means forming partnerships that resonate with our values, support our residents, and contribute to the well-being of our region.

Why Partner with Compassion 479 & Feed 479?

Our partnership with Compassion 479 reflects our deep commitment to community. Together, we work to serve families in need, promote volunteerism among our team, and connect our residents with causes that make a meaningful difference. Through this collaboration, we strengthen our brand’s connection to service and social responsibility while supporting the vital work Compassion 479 is doing in our community.

Overview of Feed 479

Feed 479’s mission is to EXTEND HELP, LOVE and DIGNITY to Northwest Arkansas. Our primary way of accomplishing this mission is through a choice food pantry located in Springdale, AR. In 2024, we served over 265,000 people 3.3 million pounds of groceries, equating to more than 2.8 million meals. We provide consistent, nutritious food in our Choice Food Pantry four days a week, three mobile pantries a month, and various other food distribution opportunities throughout the year. Feed 479 also provides the VA Hospital food pantry with grocery items needed to assist our local veterans and their families. We are funded by financial donations and a thrift store located at 3157 Sunset Avenue in Springdale, open six days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Our 10,000 sq. ft. showroom offers Northwest Arkansas a selection of clean, gently used apparel, accessories, home décor, and furniture, providing resources to support our food distribution operations. You can help our efforts with item donations during our store hours, or by making financial contributions at weare479.com/donate/.
